Mysterious world

Not long ago, astronomers gathered in front of the US Congress and discussed about extraterrestrial life. Citing the size of the universe, astronomers stressed that there are trillions of stars out there in the cosmos and it is very likely that one in five stars can harbor a Earthlike planet for the existence of life as we know it. But that does not mean that life must have the same conditions that life on Earth to exist elsewhere.
NASA is preparing the world for extraterrestrial contact? It is very interesting to know that NASA decided to join with the Library of Congress and bring together scientists, historians, philosophers and theologians from around the world to discuss how to prepare humanity for contact with extraterrestrial beings. The idea that life exists elsewhere in the universe could be exciting for some people and very dangerous for the majority of society. Imagine waking up one day and come across news that NASA just found irrefutable evidence of aliens on another planet and they have made contact with us? What does this mean for you, your family, your community, your country, city and the whole planet? Things would change?

We have to meditate on that!
